what is sleep paralysis and how many of had this ?
just wondering about what is called sleep paralysis , ive awakened parlyzed and its happened right beffore i go to sleep , but im not asleep . totally cant move , cant speak and then they try to pull me out of body . what are your thoughts on this ?
