Visitation last night. Dont remember much except for the alien face. A Grey. The tall grey.
I have woken up with bruises from fingermarks on me before. The fingers are usually abnormally large. And I have also had the 3 marks in a triangle formation.
It is so incredible that we go through these experiences...you never know what's going to happen when you go to sleep. We know so little about our true nature and this place we live in. The best we can do is try and protect ourselves, stand up for ourselves, and be strong until we figure this out. And I believe we are getting very close to figuring this out.
I felled sore in my arms as well and it hassent passed.
I should also say my dog was behaving weird two night in row before this happened. At exactly 1.30 at night he startet to howl and be rather pathetic, going from door to door as if he exspected something to happen. Only when checked there was absolutely nothing!
Night three I apperantly sleept passed 1.30, so maybee the dog said something or not, no clue.
What I do know is that I did not fell well the next morning and notized this on my top back!
I am sorry to hear about this, how it keeps happening to you.
Are you praying or putting any kind of protection around yourself before you go to sleep at night?
If you haven't tried it yet, please listen to the meditation I made to help with Grounding, Centering, and Shielding. After practicing it a couple times, you can do it by yourself. It will help you learn how to put protection around yourself before you go to sleep.

I had this memory coming back were the took test of my blood and it is very often injection marks with the bruises. So what do you think?
I am apperrantly a very weird person. Never thought of this before!. I am AB in bloodtype and R-negativ. In total of the worlds pupulas under 5 % has AB. In my country its only 2%.
Apparently I am not the average Dane and I am not adopted neither!
Sometimes the marks heal up very quickly. I have even woken up with brand new scars that just appeared overnight. Usually, the red marks and bruises will last a couple days and then clear up, but I have seen them disappear in only a couple hours after waking.
I have not heard that blood type has anything to do with alien abduction. AB is rare, but I am O blood type and I've been seeing the star people/aliens my entire life, so I don't think that really makes a difference.
Keep trying with the protection. Perhaps if you sit down in a quiet place and speak out loud to the aliens, they will hear you. Tell them they are not allowed to see you anymore. I have had some luck with this; I told them that if they came to see me in secret then they were not allowed to come anymore. I kept remembering "screen memories" instead of what was really happening. After that, the visitations changed and I began to remember much more detail about real events when I woke up in the morning.

I sleept poorly, but that can ofcause be related to stress or being nervous about going to sleep. That is how I have felled for some time.
These days I am just awake a lot at night. Hopefully that turnes around also!
In old times they were in fact used as protection. So I combined what you have been telling me and something that was more in the direction of me, and I have actually not had one single bruise since.
I hope it stays that way for some time, because I need the rest. I still dont sleep well. Do you have any good ideers on that?
Awesome job with the runes! That is exactly what you need to do -- use something you know and it gives you more confidence in yourself when you are doing it. It is much more likely to be effective.
For a good night's rest... Hmmmm... Here are some ideas:
1. Make sure you stay awake all day so you will be tired enough to go to sleep when you get into bed
2. Make sure you get enough light during the day, preferably sunlight
3. Have a regular bedtime and wake up time so your body is on a schedule
4. Don't eat or drink before you go to sleep
5. If noise bothers you at night, try putting some cotton in your ears
6. Have Faith that your protection system will work and keep doing that
