Interesting 'Message' from Aliens. Real?

Hello all,
I just listened to this on a video posted by someone on in a UFO page in Facebook. (I follow a couple of UFO pages in Facebook and now and then some interesting things show up).
This one was very interesting. I know nothing about its origin, its a long letter seemingly written by the collective of alien races to Humanity and sounds pretty good.
This is the only link I could find to it. I wish it was on YouTube. That would make me feel more secure about links to it.
