Alien Abduction Help Forum

Hi everyone!
So I have experienced what I believe to be an alien abduction. I have a lot of fear and am looking for some answers. I get the owl synchronicities all the time. through my daughter usually. but I have woken up witj needle marks in a perfect intricate geometric triangle.

Is the triangular needle mark the reason you think you had an alien abduction? Please feel free to say or write anything you'd like to about your experience. I have had these types of experiences my whole life (including the three red marks in a triangle shape). I went through a period of being scared too, but I got past that. Just try to stay calm and take it easy on yourself.
