There is a good chance you are already experiencing metaphysical things but perhaps you are not really consciously aware of them. First of all, the way to remember your dreams is to write them down when you wake up in the morning. If you do not make a conscious effort to do this, your dream experiences will slip away from you quickly upon waking. Just keep a notebook by your bed and write whatever you can remember as soon as you wake up. Day after day, you will recall more and more. This will help you begin to know what is going on at night.
You will definitely start to see more if you do this. You just have to become aware of it. Get out of the mindset that we are just physical beings and there is no more to life than this: become aware that you are a multidimensional being and everything you experience counts for something. You will start to see more happening around you. It might seem subtle at first, but the more aware you become, the more you will see.
