Use mind over matter to overcome any problem you might be facing, whether it is anxiety, depression, or feeling sick. You can change your reality! Focus in this present moment to bring yourself more awareness. Wake up to the fact that you are a spiritual, eternal being who has the inner strength to change the course of your life. Don’t wallow in fear or sadness or depression, this will never help you. Bring your focus around to a happier state of mind. If you have to, “fake it ’til you make it.” Focus on happiness until you really get there and you are naturally happy and healthy every moment of every day!
