Prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and in every way possible for the changes that are on the way. Life is changing as the two paths diverge; those with love in their hearts are moving into higher vibrational frequencies while those who are still unconscious and under the spell of the controllers are playing out the end of the matrix. We could all see big changes in the way we are accustomed to living. It would be wise at this time to stock up on food and water and supplies as the controllers are carrying out their pre-planned de-population agenda including food shortages. Do not worry, just be smart and get prepared as best you can. When times get rough, sit in a quiet place and meditate. Go within yourself to find the truth and the light of Source that will carry you through anything.
