Cigarshaped Craft

I have within a very short periode of time seen a cigar shaped wessel that was just going slowly over the sky. Colour was Grey/silver and this time it was going below the clouds. But still impossible to say how big the craft was

Someone told me that these CIgarshaped Crafts was often associated with Aliens that lived here on the planet. Maybe in cavesystems or in the sea. And that they are supposed to be motherships.

Has anyone heard of these stories.? Dont seem to find much Good info on the Net on it .
