FEAR is a Low Level Vibration That will Hold You Down

Fear is nothing more than a frequency. A dense, low-level frequency that tends to trap people within itself. You may have noticed that when you are afraid, it becomes hard to move. That is how strong this low level vibration can be -- it physically controls you, not to mention emotionally and psychically.
The trick to avoiding fear is to keep yourself in a constant state of bliss! That is, of course, the ideal. It is very difficult to master, but step by step, it most certainly can be done. Be careful what you eat, what you say, and what you THINK. Always keep love in your heart.
If you get angry, calm yourself quickly. Never fuel the fire, it always leads to disaster; don't make yourself feel angrier. You want to get the heck outta that frequency fast. Make a deal with yourself that you will be more patient, and when you start to feel fear or anger or sadness, think a happy thought with all your might!!!
YOU make every decision about how you feel. Think about it: other people don't really cause you to feel angry, it is your personal reaction to them that causes anger. When you feel it coming, just let it go. You're not hurting anyone but yourself. Write yourself a note if you need help remembering. You can keep it in your pocket for emergencies.
Many Blessings, Bonnie
